Simulink 'Frame to Pixels' block error: computed fixed step size smaller than all the discrete sample times

When I create a new model from Simulink - File - New - From Template - Vision HDL Toolbox - Basic Model, I get an error when I try to replace the default rhinos.avi movie with my own 720p movie file. I have updated both 'Frame to Pixel' and 'Pixel to Frame' blocks with my 720p video format. Changing the 'Video Source' block doesn't fix the problem. I have also updated the Model Properties InitFcn callback with the 720p format. The simulation is set to fixed-step discrete with auto step size. Can someone help me understand what fixed step size value would be acceptable here?

You can resolve this issue by switching to the variable step solver with discrete states.
