Loading a system permanently

Hi all,

I had a computer in my lab which had a Simulink library created by the former lab engineer, and it was always available for every Simulink model that had this library's blocks within it. After a PC format, opening these models shows a broken link, unless I type load_system("path&filename") before I open that model.

The former pc had somehow pre-loaded the library so that it may be used every time automatically, without using this command. Is there a way to do this again? I am using MATLAB 2011b (for compatibility issues).
