how to find the positions of a value or less than that value from a matrix????

i have a matrix
A=[1 2 1 0 2
1 0 2 1 1
2 1 3 0 -1]
from each row i want to find all positions of 1 and all less than 1.
please please help me. I am badly stuck.

[ii,jj] = find(A<=1)
