fdatool generates coefficients in s domain or z domain?

with given set of filter specifications,if we design filter and get coefficients from Matlab fdatool ,do we again have to process those coefficients or they can be directly used in C code implementation of iir filter? fdatool generates coefficient in s domain or z domain?

In general FDATool creates digital filters so they are in z domain.
