linux lsf with windows clients

I have a linux LSF cluster with windows clients. I setup as a generic profile using the admin guide, used the pathtool command to add C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015a\toolbox\distcomp\examples\integration\lsf\nonshared. so now everything works except that the user needs to enter his username every time he uses a cluster command. This will not work for the users and will drive them nuts :-) is there a way to cache their unix username and password so they aren't asked every time. I tried an identity file, but it still asks for a username/password.
