Why does my imaq application not work when compiled?

Although my application works when running as a skript, I get an error when I start the compiled version. It says "invalid ADAPTORNAME specified". I have already installed the necessary support package.

Have your script fprintf out the name of the adapter you're tyring to use. Attach your script.

What version of MATLAB are you using? Are you on Windows, Mac or Linux?
