Is there any way to actuate a revolute joint externally and give it an initial angle in Simmechanics 1st generation...?

Hello Everyone I am designing a hexapod i have to give initial angles to joints. How can i give initial angle and actuate that joint simultaneously. Or are there any other way to achieve it.
