Exporting function from curve fitting toolbox

 Hello,
will someone please tell me the best way to export a function from the curve fit tool so it may be used as the input  to define an anonymous function for fminbnd?

It appears that cut and paste is the simplest method. I asked this question since I am disabled and I thought there may be a faster method. Gavin.
