I believe you should have received an email with instructions for how to download and install your trial. If you didn't receive such an email, or if you've deleted that email, or if the instructions are unclear, use the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of the MathWorks homepage to contact Customer Service for assistance.

Thierry, I see you have had multiple issues with your trial. I am sorry to see that. I also see you have worked with MathWorks installation support to sort things out. Please keep dooing that. Help for intallation and licensing issues on MATLAB Answers often is not successful for a couple of reasons.
