Error using using PostgreSQL JDBC for Windows

Hi I correctly configured the driver using step 2
2. Add the JDBC driver to the MATLAB static Java class path.
from:
http://www.mathworks.com/help/database/ug/postgresql-jdbc-windows.html
3. Select POSTGRESQL from the Vendor list is no problem
So why do i get this error??
