let p,q be two arrays containing x,y co-ordinate point's respectively .i wanna get a directed graph using these p,q arrays as my input ..but i tried but i don't wanna show the curvy nature of the directed graph ..the directed line should be in the form of a ray :)...help me with my problem :)

With MATLAB R2015b you can without any addons. The doc page for has some examples showing how to plot directed graphs.
