How to setup identityFile

We are using matlab 2011 for batch job submission in command line to run our job. These are automated jobs and would avoid all human involvement (such as entering uid and passwd). These jobs are run using PCT using parallel grid workers. For grid authentication, it invokes iGetCredentialsFromCommandLine _ (MATLAB\R2011a\toolbox\local\getRemoteConnection.m) function and asks for uid and passwd to be entered explicitly. However we want to automate this by specifying an identityFilename . Does anyone know the instructions (with example perhaps) to set up the identity file mechanism?
