Using perform_lic for flow visualization !!

Hi, I am using perform_lic.m for flow visualization as described here http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/16201-toolbox-image/content/toolbox_image/html/content.html

For attached velocity field I get a flow pattern which does not look same as the velocity pattern (also attached). I could not find related documentation which could explain if there are some additional operations being performed (which could result in rotation for a vector field for example). Could you please point me to more elaborate examples and documentations to use this function. Also, I can not get back the axes in the LIC plot. Please help.

Looks like you need to switch your x- and y-component of the velocity field when you pass it to the perform_lic function.
