How to use Parallel Computing for my m-file?

Hi, I have a m-file with nested for loop. I want to use parfor to improve its speed. I have seen its documentation, but it is not clear to me. Kindly suggest me simpler one as I am new to this toolbox and don't have any idea about it. Is there any other option apart from parfor? If, Yes,then please let me know.
