Issues with matlab on linux

When trying to install matlab on linux everything works alright. However, when trying to run it I constantly get the error 5201. Just for reference I am using linux on fedora's kde spin.

Note that MATLAB R2024b is not supported on KDE, or ARCH, or Fedora.

Check MATLAB R2025b System Requirements for Linux to be certain your version is supported.
