Why doesn't matlab start?

When I attempt to start matlab 2025a on windows 10, blank unresponsive window appears. I see that the task manager shows a "MathWorksCrashReporter.exe".

How do I determine what is going wrong?

According to the System Requirements, that should probably work. (Note the 'version 22H2' requirement for Windows 10.)

Since it apparently does not, Contact Support.
