Conversion thermal network (Cauer, Foster) to state-space...

I have a thermal circuitry (Foster thermal network) and I'd like to convert this thermal RC circuit to the state-space block to calculate ?

Is there Matlab/Simulink way to conver it and idealluy from SImcape domain to simulink/matlab?

Maybe Simulink linearization functionality, such as with @doc:linearize (linearize) works with Simscape components?
