Borrowing is not enabled for <PRODUCTNAME>.
Contact your license administrator to get a license file with borrowing enabled

このエラーは、借入機能が有効化されていないライセンスでライセンスの借入を行おうとした場合に発生することがあります。ライセンスサーバーの license.dat ファイルでライセンス借入が有効になっているか、またクライアントには SERVER 行と USE_SERVER 行が含まれた network.lic ライセンスファイルが設定されているかご確認ください。
