Cannot Create Account Access Denied

Hello, I am writing on behalf of my friend as he cannot create an account with her university mail. We have searched through the questions, but we couldn't find a similar problem anywhere. I am sharing you the error message we receive when we try to create an account, there were also reference information below the message, but I wasn't sure if that is something I should keep private. First question - can he create the account on your computer, or does he get the same error?

Try with a differnt browser. MathWorks recommends Chrome. Check other browser requirements here

Try clearing the browser cookies and cache

If none of that works, contact account support here

I have faced a similar issue previously while creating a MathWorks account.

The following steps helped me in resolving the error:

1. Check if “Javascript” or all “cookies” are blocked in the browser or for MathWorks website. If yes, “Enable Javascript and cookies for www.mathworks.com” and proceed.
2. Clean browser cookies and cache.
