为什么用学校邮箱也能​看到有许可证但是登陆​出现“您没有有效的许​可证文件。”

我是用学校邮箱登陆的，每次在安装时都能看到个人的许可证，但是安装完再打开就不行了。。。。。为什么为什么为什么我卸了再重装也还是不行。装不同版本也还是不行。
