See my attached radon demo, where I find the peak (max) and use that to rotate an image.

The max() command?

I want extrema (min and max) of complex number or radon and fourier transform. I have already used that max() and min() but i am not getting correct results for motion blur detection. And also what is negative lines in radon transform?
