Nonlinear Circuit Simulation

Is there a way to effectively simulate a circuit with nonlinear components? Can this also be done in the envelope simulator for RFSim? Can the capacitance be an arbitrary function of the terminal voltages?

Simscape Electrical (formerly SimPowerSystems and SimElectronics) provides a variety of different levels of fidelity, including nonlinear components.
