Adding 5G Network system to my Closed loop system

Hello,

I have a closed loop system of an actuator that working in one axis with prismatic joint.Currently it is working great and basic block diagram is looking like below.

I want this system to work with 5G network so I am trying to add my control system 5G network. The general idea of it I need to add it between PID and DC motor, but I am not sure how to simulate network system on matlab. What are the options to achieve that other than adding general network delays or something like that ?

I have never worked with network systems, I just want to simulate it basically ; what would change if I add this system 5G network ?

Hi @Fatih,

As I see, you are looking to directly integrate a 5G network into Simulink. Currently, there isn't a direct workflow available to accomplish this integration. However, for more information on supported "System-Level Simulation (SLS)" for 5G, you can refer to the following link:
