auto completion does not work

basiaclly whenever im typing code in the command window and the editor there is never auto completion options just today they stopped showing up. is there a way to turn them back? i checked preferences and under the auto completion tab everything is checked i dont know the issue.

Tthere are two options that I can offer —

The first is to re-start MATLAB and see if that fixes it.

If it does not, the second is to Contact Support and provide all the information that you believe is relevant.
