PMSG DQ axis current equations

Currently simulating a pmsg in simulink and abit confused as some papers define the current using the same equations however some dont include the flux linkage of the permanent magnets which would obviously affect the q axis current and some are adding the leakage inductance to that of the d and q axis inductances can someone please link me to a paper which describes the DQ axis stator currents of a PMSG correctly.
