Can you help me How to make a connection between pushbutton and axes on Matlab GUI

i have a push button that represents a specific bandpass filter. I want to exract a feature from 1-d signal to the axes but I have a problem push button doesnt work. I am working with Emotiv epoc headset

I cant share the codes it is specific project but I run correctly before now I damaged the codes Now there is no error but buttons dont work. I want to make buttons bandpassing to brain waves that are coming from eeg headset
