Memory types in Matlab

Hi, When choosing

              profile on;
              profile('-memory','on');
              setpref('profiler','showJitLines',1);

four types of memory are returned:Allocated Memory,Freed Memory,Self Memory and Peak Memory. Would anybody explain the different meanings?
