Simulinkをインストールできない

Simulinkをインストールしたく、アドオンエクスプローラーの「Simulink」からインストールを押し、インストールの準備完了までは行くのですが、MATLABが再起動した際に「アクセスが拒否されました」と出てきてしまいます。フォルダーへの書き込み権限がないという旨の文章が出てきます。

使用しているのはMATLAB R2023bです。

一応ライセンスに含まれています。対処法がわかる方ご回答よろしくお願いします。

This is likely due to a permissions issue on your computer. You can try the following to resolve the issue:

1. Run MATLAB as an administrator. You can do this by right clicking on MATLAB and choosing the Run as Administrator option.
2. On the MATLAB Toolstrip, go to Preferences > Add-Ons and change the installation folder to another folder with write permissions
