In excel,it's easy.But my number of rows exceed excel limit.I have 1349417 data in each column. So,I need to convert them in Matlab for plotting the temperature in Farenheit unit.Can anyone help?

You forgot to mark that you are using an older MATLAB version :-(
temp = T{:,10:17} * (9/5) + 32 ;
Result = array2table(temp, 'VariableNames', T.Properties.VariableNames(10:17));
