my documentation search does not work

Hi,

I use MATLAB 2023b, win10 and I installed documentation locally successfully. Now I have access to the examples and materials, but I cannot search anything. I attached the picture. Besides, the online documentation is not available to me. I checked my network and web settings in the preferences, and they were okay.

I have this problem as well. Help can be browsed through and is installed locally, but when I search, the help window hangs.

There is a possibility that the issue you are experiencing arises from MATLAB not being configured to use the offline documentation after it has been downloaded.
