Tutorials on Two Phase Fluid models?

I have seen the examples given in https://www.mathworks.com/help/simscape/two-phase-fluid-models.html. But, it is difficult to understand everything from these examples only. Are there any tutorials for getting started with these specific two-phase fluid models? In video tutorial section, there is not a single tutorial on this topic.

In Simscape Fluids, there is an example/tutorial on how to build one of the shipping example on refrigeration step by step.

The workflow shown here applies to many modeling scenarios: set up test harnesses and parametrize components before assembling them into a larger model.
