I understand that you are unable to install the MATLAB Support Package for USB Webcams. From the screenshot attached, I noticed that this error was encountered on Windows while using MATLAB 2023a. I recommend following the below steps:

1. Verify that the 'physmod_sm_sli_setup.dll' file is present at the path "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023a\bin\win64\physmod_sm_sli_setup.dll"
2. Additionally, Certain anti-virus products may cause the DLL to not be accessible from MATLAB. I recommend disabling anti-virus temporarily and then restart MATLAB and attempt installation again.
