At the top right of this page, there is a search box "Search Answers", and to the right of that there is a selection box that normally reads "Answers v" where the v is a down arrow.

Immediately above that "Answers v" there is a box labeled "MATLAB"; to the right of that box is a circle that for you would be purple with the letters "SP" in it.

Left-click that circle. A menu with 4 items will come up. The third item is "Link license". Click on that.

Sorry, I do not have any access to the license database at all. You will need to contact Mathworks Support if you have a personal license (one you paid for), or contact your university if your license is being provided by the university.
