indoor navigation system

can i design indoor navigation system with matlab. this system using image processing depend on comparing pictures captured by cam with the pictures saved in the memory the pictures saved are a top view of the room and the corners of this room so it identify his location then the location we want to go the program draw the path between 2 locations and guide the user with voice is it possible or not note: i must use for each room or location maximu 5 pictures
