Cavity Flow Problem (using collocated cells and SIMPLE algorithm)

Hi, there!

I'm a new CFDer and I have met some problems with the Cavity Flow case which uses collocated cells and SIMPLE algorithm.

The first interation is seen to be almost right, but on the next interation, the residue just flies away. Anyone could help me? Thanks a lot!
