HTML file editing and comments

I have been asked to do the following for the report of one of my assignemnts but im not sure how! is it possible for you to explain to me step by step?

All you need to do is to save the images in the current folder as your html file, and fill in the required information and comments in the html file. Don’t edit the template further than needed.

You’ll submit your report as an html file in a .zip container together with all the results you have saved. You need to add the necessary comments asked in the question definitions.
