How to implement a matlab program in FPGA?

i have written a code for haar transform in matlab and i want to implememt it in FPGA. The program consists of some loop statements and i don't know how to represent them in simulink blocks. What are the steps i have to follow to implement it? Please give me some advice.

You can use For Iterator to implement for loops in Simulink.
