EEG Signal Processing

I am a student from MIT Manipal, India. My friends and I are working on a BCI. We need to perform real time processing on EEG signals that are acquired from electrodes. Well, I heard that using simulink it is possible to perform real time analysis, but can't figure out how. Please Help
