How to generate diagrams in Matlab for Code analysis.

Hi,

I have used Deoxygen for Matlab Code analysis and based on the process this tool has generated HTML document output but that document will work only with Matlab Source code suppot so I cannot send to anyone else so I want to gererate some diagrams so that it is possible to send anyone for easy code structure analysis, is there any option to generate diagrams?
