axtoolbar button tooltip Chinesefont garbled code

axtoolbar 按钮提示显示中文乱码，我设置了groot级别上的默认字体，但是不知道为什么axes子级的axtoolbar这部分仍然会乱码

The axtoolbar button tooltip shows Chinese garbled, I set the default font on the groot level, but I don't know why it still happen
