License Manager Error -9

License checkout failed. License Manager Error -9 Your username does not match the username in the license file. To run MATLAB on this computer, you must run the Activation client to reactivate your license.

How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Jenny.

I assume you're in the process of activating a Network Named User license.

Please verify that there is no discrepancy between the Username you configured and the the license file. After that - you will need to reactivate that license .
