Control System Designer app error

I want to tune couple of gain in my simulink model. After I choose the relevant blocks to tune I want to see the nichols of the open loop so I used LoopTransfer opening.

But I dont get (in the response section in the app) the ss variable of the linearization. when I tried to add the LoopTransfer opening location manually I get the following error:

"The selection location is defined as parmenent opening in the architecture. Remove this opening to create a request to this location"

I dont get this error. I tried to delete the LoopTransfer opening in my model, but I still get this error.

In addition I have one more quastion:

when I need to choose the signal for the lineariztion openning, The app have 2 section to specify:

1. "Specify the open-loop response at the following locations"
2. " Compute open looop response with the following loops open"

I don't understand the diffrent between this two. where do I need to specify the LoopTransfer opening for the linearization? when I will want to use both of this sections?
