Statistics toolbox for student license

I have a student license (just downloaded on 03/31/2015), which should include the statistics package, but when I try to use one of its functions (such as skewness), I get the following error:

To use 'skewness', you might need: skewness - Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox

How do I load the toolbox?

Contact the Mathworks to figure out if you're supposed to have that toolbox, and how to buy it if it's not included in the license you bought. We can't help with that at all.
