Query about LoRA Mac layer Protocol

Hi! Needed guidance regarding how to implement MAC layer communication in MATLAB / Simulink. I desire to simulate packet exchange between multiple nodes & gateway under LoRA / LoRaWAN specifications.

Is it the same 'LoRA' used for 'fine-tuning of Stable Diffusion v2.1 image generation, which could result to say 25-40 minutes for synthetic generaton of images?
