I need help changing 2 phases of a 3 phase induction motor?

I need help changing 2 phases of a 3 phase induction motor? Pretty simple but we specifically cannot find a switch within simulink that works with an ac source to alter the phases.

If using Simscape Electrical, it is possible to use the Phase Permute block. A relevant example of using the Phase Permute block with an induction machine is:
