In the upper right of the dumentation page you link to, you will see a list of required products:

This example uses:

• C2000 Microcontroller Blockset
• Embedded Coder
• Motor Control Blockset
• Stateflow
• Simulink

The example you want to open is part of the Motor Control Blockset. You must have that installed in order to open the model mcb_acim_param_est_f28379d

If those products are included in your license, you can install them using the Add-Ons Explorer.

The Estimate Induction Motor Parameters Using Parameter Estimation Blocks example you are trying to run was introduced in R2023a. You will need to update your version of MATLAB to the current version to access it.

If you have access to MATLAB Online, you might be able to access it there.
