Missing regression leaner on Matlab

The mathlab on my computer do not have regression leaner app How can I install it

The Regression Learner App is part of the Statistics and Machine Learning toolbox. By installing the toolbox, you will find this app in your Apps tab.

You can use the Add-Ons explorer to search for additional products to ad to your install. If you have access to the toolbox through your existing license, you will see an option to install the toolbox.
