Can't find matlab.exe file

Hi!
How to run matlab?
Downloaded program from here: https://ssd.mathworks.com/supportfiles/downloads/R2022b/Release/2/deployment_files/installer/complete/win64/MATLAB_Runtime_R2022b_Update_2_win64.zip
Installed.
But there is no shortcut on desctop and no folder in "All Programs".
Even in folder C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Runtime\2022b\bin\win64 can't find matlab.exe
What am I doing wrong???

The MATLAB Runtime is not the MATLAB you'd use to develop MATLAB code. It is used to run deployed applications created by MATLAB Compiler. If you want to run MATLAB interactively, click the Get MATLAB button at the top of this page (and I believe most or all pages on mathworks.com.)
