Mamdani模糊控​制器中【参数Para​ms】怎么确定？。

刚开始学习模糊控制器，一边看教材一边电脑操作，但是有一个参数是怎么来的，一直看不懂（如图所示）？
请教一下各位，其中的Params区域的参数[0.3 -1]是如何确定的？
