Raspberry Pi Wget download problem

I have a problem on R2013b, I can't download the Hardware Support Package for Raspberry Pi. While I'm downloading the package I receive this message: Download Failed: http://users.ugent.be/~bpuype/cgi-bin/fetch.pl?dl=wget/wget.exe Does anybody know a solution for this problem? I!ve tried it couple of times, but always end up with the same problem.

Mark: We have updated the link for wget.exe on 3/18/2015. The link for download address now is "http://www.mathworks.com/supportpackages/wget_for_windows/wget.exe". When exactly did you try installing the support package?
